Jinrui Hokan Project had started
but in a way that Gendo had not planned. Not knowing
about the turn of events, Shinji who was left aboard
EVA panics and cannot stop sobbing. No one would
help him now... Before the eyes of disheartened
Shinji, appears Kaoru Nagisa, the Fifth Child who
was supposed to have died. "You are here!" Shinji
is overjoyed and has tears running down his cheeks.
And the gigantic Kaoru changes his form and leads
Shinji to the Jinrui Hokan Project but what does
Shinji see there... and what is the future that he chooses? What is his final decision to be?

Ikari was always checking to see how others felt
and he was always in fear of the others. He continued
to board the android robot under his father's orders
but only to find a place for himself. Overcoming
countless difficulties, he was finally about to find
his own place and a reason for his being but there
was this one last hurdle to overcome... This film
which had a great impact on the animation fans nation-wide
and ended up being a big social phenomenon is still
very popular even after the TV series ended and now
the theatrical version is at last ready.
The project Shinji
Ikari's real father Gendo was working on was the
Jinrui Hokan Project. The truth of it was now finally
out in the open. It was to erase the psychological wall

called the AT field which existed around each person creating
a boundary between the self and the other. Removing
it would mean the concept of the "self" as well as
the concept of the "other" would be gone. Shinji is
getting aboard Eva to fight a battle within himself
again today. Meantime Gendo goes underground to try
to arouse the third impact for the Jinrui Hokan Project
using "Rei Ayanami". But Rei senses that Shinji who
has gone above ground is in danger and against Gendou's
speculation, moves on her own initiative. Where she
headed was towards Lilis.
As result she was to hold in her hand, the destinies
of Lilis's counter part and the life source of the humanity,
EVA Prototype, which had now become the Tree of Life and
